The Website
by SilentCoyote on Jun.18, 2009, under Site News
Things have been slow while we figure some things out.
I have new show ideas id like to work on, but in the meantime some things are going to be changing ’round here.
The Website
Black Jaguar Studios will be separating from AnthroMedia into different websites.
blackjagstudios.com remains
anthromedia.ca will be new
This is to split niche interest which some do not necessarily “agree” with from the main site.
Black Jaguar Studios will still be producing video and audio content for games and movies
AnthroMedia will be roughly the same but targeted towards members of the anthropomorphic fandom.
The Website pt.2
While it goes without saying anthromedia.ca will be needing a new site design, the current Black Jaguar Studios website will also be seeing an overhaul. Wordpress has served well up until video content needed to be shown, then it started showing its true colors.
Theater Reviews
Things need to change with this, by that: i mean i need a new workflow, my current one takes far too long for a simple video series, which cuts into production time for other ideas and features
New Shows?
Nothing to “announce” quite yet, but be on your toes, i might just be spewing fourth some random stuff now and then, ill elt you know which ones will be official long running additions.
JagRADIO?
Is on hiatus. A consistent thorn in my side, briddled with legal issues and thousands of dollars of royalties is not something i need to deal with right now, sorry.
JagRADIO might be rebranded to JagCAST as itll remain solely as a Podcast system
JagVIDEO?
Remains squarely known as “Black Jaguar Studios”, however the term “jagvideo” will still be used to refer to video content on the site produced by us here at Black Jaguar Studios, Canada.
JagARCADE?
Whopse, did i say that out loud?
Blip or YouTube?
I personally love Blip.tv’s service, but im not stupid, YouTube is where its at if you want to be recognized.
I have moved most content from Blip to YouTube for the time being until some noticeable notoriety happens.
Thankfully its looking like YouTubes video service has been getting overhauls in terms of quality, and people can even find out stuff on such things as iPods and iPhones, which is cool.
User Accounts
Ive been notified that registering for a new account doesn’t work, i will be looking into this when i can
Thanks!
